In the case of birth records, the records listed are captured in each occurence where the mother's name, father's name or child's name was Driscoll, hence you will find a birth record listed more than once. One advantage of this is that if you only know one or two of the names involved, you can still get a reasonable "hit" on what you are looking for.
You may also find a person's life event listed more than once. If you check the PANB's record number you will see that they are recorded on two different record numbers. I have made no attempt to view all of these records so offer no opinion as to what the differences might be between the instances. I leave that up to the individual researchers.
Once you have chosen the record you wish to see, the name will link you to the electronic record of the Archives. If you wish to see the actual original record, which often contains extra pieces of information, there are instructions on the Provincial Archives page for ordering a hard copy.
Good luck with your research. I hope this has been helpful to you.
